I had a secret shopper on one of my Forest Therapy walks!

Updated: Jan 7

Imagine my surprise when I came across an article describing the experience of being on a Forest Therapy session I guided at Cranbourne Botanical Gardens! It was really special reading about their experience, how they found the practices calming and mindful, their surprise at some of the things we did and the impact it had.

So, what was Forest Therapy really like for them?

If you want to experience Forest Therapy yourself ...

It's not unusual to know that being in nature is beneficial, but never quite manage to make the time to get out there. That's where I can help. If you are interested, more details are here https://www.nothinglikenature.com.au/aboutsessions

You can also book a private session with me - get in touch - nothinglikenature@pm.me

The Royal Botanic Gardens Victoria have regular Forest Therapy walks - weekly at Melbourne and monthly at Cranbourne.

These walks are organised by the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance (INFTA) and I was the rostered guide for the session that day. To find out more about the International Nature and Forest Therapy Alliance https://infta.net/
