About Nothing like Nature

Nothing like Nature

Nothing like Nature provides nature-based wellbeing sessions in beautiful natural spaces or at your location. We offer Forest Therapy sessions, nature immersions and nature journaling for all ages. Sessions are tailored for each small group and what the environment offers on the day.

Our slow wanders are designed to relax and calm busy minds, awaken the senses and support connections with nature. Nature journaling sessions combine observations and creative documenting. Bring an open heart and your guide will support you to be present in nature mindfully. You are welcome, just as you are.

We also provide information and education sessions, tailored for corporate, community or school settings. These cover the benefits of time in nature, the research science behind these benefits and provide ways to incorporate nature connections into busy urban days to improve health and wellbeing.
